- Members must communicate professionally and respectfully
- Avoid offensive language, personal attacks, or disruptive behavior
- Open-ended responses are encouraged to address concerns constructively
Accountability & Responsibility
- Members must fulfill financial obligations (kiti, merry-go-round) on time
- Attend meetings regularly or inform the group of valid reasons in advance
- Members are accountable for their actions in Chapter activities
Conflict Resolution
- Conflicts should be resolved internally through discussion among members
- Serious issues are escalated to the executive committee for mediation
- Transparency, fairness, and confidentiality are upheld at all times
Ethics & Integrity
- Members must act with honesty, integrity, and fairness
- Misuse of welfare funds, falsifying records, or violating rules will lead to disciplinary action
- Compliance with Chapter policies is mandatory
