Attendance Rules
- Members are expected to attend all meetings regularly
- Absence must be communicated at least 1 day prior
- Emergencies are considered exceptions
- "Personal reasons" do not automatically exempt fines
- A trusted member may privately request an excuse on your behalf

Fines must be paid promptly to the Treasurer
Special Considerations
Members facing genuine challenges (such as long distance or unavoidable circumstances) may be granted flexibility upon committee approval.
Example: Members like Kurgat have previously been granted flexibility due to distance.
